Fermented mash is then distilled in column stills to obtain 95% alcohol.
This process is repeated 3 times to ensure the highest possible quality.
The spirit is then blended with fresh water rich in minerals straight from Newmarket, Ontario.
Filtration is then performed with proprietary charcoal carbon filters to remove any impurities.
The finished product is then hand bottled and packaged with each bottle passing through our quality assurance team.
